 # 2  LEED and LEED Green Associate       LEED is the most widely recognized green building rating system in the world. LEED certifications offer a structure for healthy, efficient, and cost-effective green buildings. They provide environmental and social benefits; it helps to serve a globally recognized symbol of sustainable leadership. LEED is for all different project types and phases, this includes new construction, core and shell, interior fit-outs, operations and maintenance. LEED as a whole address everything from energy and water use to materials and managing waste.      There are many different rankings; to  achieve LEED certification, a project must first complete all prerequisites. Then they must earn points by selecting and satisfying credit requirements. #1 INTRODUCTION  Hello! My name is Anna Shults. I was born in St. Louis, Missouri but currently reside in Lake Ozark, Missouri. Growing up at the Lake I have been exposed to many creative fields since the lake is such a creative playground in the world of real estate. I have been truly blessed to grow up in such a unique place. I was given many opportunities to not only improve myself but also make amazing connections!       I chose Interior Design because of my love to create and design. Since I was young, I always enjoyed crafts and getting to be experimental with art. Then I shifted into rearranging my room and begging my parents to let me paint my room. Every few weeks I would decide that my room needed to be moved around and I would stay up all night to complete it.
